How to claim: Email support@thenitery.com within 31 nights of your delivery date with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and aim to resolve every claim within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.

What’s covered: Single packs: we refund the price you paid. 2 and 3-month bundles: we refund the value of one pack, calculated from your checkout price (bundle total ÷ number of packs). Shipping isn’t refunded. One claim per household, on your first order only.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: Email support@thenitery.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
